To help ensure a smooth and timely loan application process, we kindly ask that you have the following documents prepared for upload before submitting your application. These documents are essential for processing and reviewing your file efficiently.

Required Documents:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- DD-214, NGB-22, DA 5016, NGB-23B, DA 1380, PCARS, or a Statement of Service for active duty
- Last 2 years of W-2 forms (if employed)
- Last 2 years of tax returns and profit & loss statements (if self-employed)
- Last 2 years of 1099 forms (if retired)
- Most recent 30 days of pay stubs
- Last 2 months of bank statements (checking and savings) – include all pages
- 401(k), TSP, or IRA statements
